Hebrew T Shirts
Located in the center of Jerusalem, Rachal Ginsberg and her Hebrew T Shirt store tells an inspiring tale. Visit us for all of your T-Shirt needs on HaHistadrut Street near Jerusalem's famed Ben Yehuda open mall. T Shirts for men, women, children, aprons, jewelry. A truly wonderful and magical little shop in the heart of Jerusalem. And, here is Rachel's story............
A couple of years ago I went with my teenage daughter to a shopping mall in Jerusalem to look for a few comfortable long sleeve T-shirts.
We were both amazed at just how many T-shirts in Israel have English writing on them. The messages are ridiculous and more often then not spelled wrong. For a native English speaker this is embarrassing. We laughed a lot and arrived home with no new T-shirts.
Around the kitchen table our family began to come up with all these great ideas for T-shirts with Hebrew writing on them. I began to search in stores and on the Internet. On the Internet I came across some non-Jewish sights that attempted to create something in Hebrew, reminiscent of Kaballah, but they too were faced with mis-spelled and totally mixed up messages. We began to realize that this could be the perfect family home based business we have been looking for.
With the new wave of Kaballah in Hollywood we know that Hebrew letters are now cool and hip. Even in Oprahs on line boutique I found a Shirt she is selling with phonetically written Hebrew. After choosing the book “Night” by Elie Wiesel she chose the saying “Don't stand by idly when the blood of your fellow human beings is being shed”. On her T-shirt it is written “Lo taamod al dam reakha”. This too I found to be almost there but not yet. Our dream is to launch the first authentic web sight for Hebrew T-shirts.
We are living in a time when there is a search for Holiness. The masses are thirsty for something real and authentic. The possibilities are endless; Ein Sof.
We have begun with a simple collection of Black and White; also very symbolic to the Hebrew Letter. The Black and White of a Sepher Torah. We would like to make the world a little holier just one T-shirt at a time. Please join us as we build something from nothing. Help us shine the light. By wearing a HebrewTshirt you will be supporting our family in Israel.
My husband and I are originally New Yorkers who have now made our permanent residence in Israel. We live on a mountain top north of Jerusalem. When we miss the city we travel to Jerusalem. We are certain there are many New Yorkers and people around the world who may be missing Israel. It is not always possible to just pick up and travel.
Next time you are visiting Israel you can order a Hebrew T Shirt. We look forward to creating a future generation that is not afraid of being Jewish. Most of the models featured on our sight are our own children. Help us illuminate the world.
“Make our World a little Holier, just one Hebrew T-Shirt at a time.”

Ellen Miller Braun - Bible Art
Ellen' Bible Art - Ellen Miller Braun creates beautiful Calligraphy Art from Hebrew words and letters. She is a Jewish artist and an Israeli artist, blending several cultural influences into her work. The Hebrew words used in the art and the micro calligraphy are taken from the Bible and create a beautiful picture that inspires and blesses the walls of your home.
Ellen's Biblical Micro Calligraphy Art showcases the most exquisite Art Designs created from the text of the Holy Bible. Scriptures and Prayers are brought to life as their words form each unique colorful picture. Her works are sold in Jerusalem, in Safed (Tzfat) and all over Israel. Further, she has developed an international reputation with customers ranging from Europe, Scandanavia to South, Central and North America. Ellen's micro calligraphy is a Judaica gem that is recognzied by all lovers of Jewsih art and Judaica.
Here is how Ellen entered the art of biblical micro calligraphy:
The story of how Ellen began creating the art of micro calligraphy is almost as inspiring as the works of art themselves. Before Ellen began creating these pieces of bible art, she was already a world class artist creating soft sculptures of whimsical Chassidic characters as well as familiar Political and Biblical figures. This was another form of art showing her patience and dedication. While these figures were quite popular in Israel and around the world, as Ellen says, “G-d had new plans for me... One day I woke and the urge to do micro calligraphy art descended, enveloping me. However, I am a person who needs time to think things through. I wasn’t ready to start something like this at that point in my already incredibly busy life."
Two weeks later, Ellen’s husband got a call from friends in California. They wanted to market Bible micrography. They asked Eliezer for help finding suppliers. Hearing this, Ellen understood the precious gift she was being given. She told her husband about doing micro calligraphy herself using a totally unique method- pictures created entirely from text, all in full color. Something incredibly rare and unique. Her new journey began... and the rest as they say, is history!
"My husband and I live in Karnei Shomron, Samaria - the heart of Biblical Israel. In 1983, following our lifelong dream, we made aliya from the U.S.A. We raised our now grown family on this land that borders the Biblical portions of Ephriam and Menashe.
I thank HaShem, G-d, every day for helping us come home. We live with Biblical history and life in front of us and under our feet constantly. It is both awe inspiring and artistically inspiring! G-d blessed me with the gift of creating this Biblical artwork- His Word in pictures. As His 'tool,' His words flow through my hand onto paper, filling them with the verses of the Torah and Scriptures text in a full spectrum of color."
Shuva Israel - Strengthening Jewish Communities in Samaria (Shomron)
WE BUILD better lives in the Jewish Communities in Samaria (Shomron)
WE GATHER Jewish immigrants from the 4 corners of the world
WE STRENGTHEN the existence of Israel from the Heartland
At Shuva Israel, we link Bible believing Christians with an Israeli Jewish organization for the purpose of fulfilling over 1,000 scriptures that relate the prophetic ingathering of the Jewish people to the Land of Israel. We are living in a very unique time in history and are part of God’s promise. We can make a difference and partner with the miracles that God is manifesting through the children of Abraham today in our lifetime in the State of Israel. Shuva Israel is one of only a handful of Israeli/Jewish organizations that reaches out to Evangelical Christians to say - ”Come let us join hands, together, Jews and Christians, for the purpose of fulfilling Biblical prophecy.”
“And He shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth” (Isaiah 11:12)
Shuva is the only Israeli organization with the sole purpose of strengthening the communities located in the hills of Biblical Samaria, in Hebrew, the Shomron (the Ezekiel 36 mountains). Judea and Samaria (Yehuda veShomron)are the Biblical and strategic heartland of Israel – approximately 75% of the locations mentioned in the Bible are in Judea and Samaria. Judea and Samaria gives the State of Israel the territorial depth to protect it’s civilian population and is a defense buffer helping to prevent the invasion of ground forces from the neighboring countries surrounding Israel. This area is central to most of Biblical prophecy and it’s fulfillment.
Shuva's Christian friends form an international community of believers in biblical prophecy. Christians from Norway, Finland, Sweden, England, the United States, Brazil, Sri Lank and from all over the world and actively joining the bandwagon because they believe in the People of Israel's Return to the HOLY LAND. Their generosity has helped these pioneer Jewish communities to fund health centers, children's education centers, playgrounds, security equipment and personnel and much, much more. Through Shuva, Christians from the entire world help to fulfill the biblical truths that have miraculously seen the Children of Israel come out of Exile and into the Promised Land of Israel. Samaria (Shomron) is a vital part of this return. Please donate and help us to make these communities safe and fruitful.

Avital Lang Metal Works and Jewelry in Toronto
I am a local Toronto Jewish artist working predominantly with sterling silver and its inherent qualities and semi-precious stones and minerals to create wearable pieces of art. Nature is one of my major inspirations; the natural flow of branches and of flying birds as they swoop over head or as they sit perched on a city telephone wire. I am also inspired by the grittier side of what I see outside; the dark grey colors of winter, industrial neighborhoods and the traffic that litters the streets. I think all these things are beautiful and are here for me to see and transform into my own pieces of beauty.
I have studied art in Ontario, Jerusalem, and Tzfat. I focus on jewelry, Judaica, and sculpture, with several different mediums including gold, silver, wood, ceramics and stones. Much of my creative and original works are inspired by my cultural and religious exposure to Israel.
Aside from this I also work as a metals conservator, treating museum artifacts and sculptures.
